I am a huge fan of gourmet mushrooms and without a doubt Clark Family Gardens Urban Farm from Orfordville Wisconsin is growing the highest quality and most delicious mushrooms in the area.
The variety they grow and bring here to Basics Co-op is astounding; from Oysters and Lions Mane to Chestnuts and Shiitake, I look forward each week to seeing what kinds of mushrooms I get to put into my meals.
I love a seeing a big wok of organic vegetables and Clark Family Mushrooms on my stove top.
