We joined the Co-op about twelve years ago because we wanted to support local growers and farmers, as well as our local grocer.
I own my own business, so I don't have a lot of extra time to cook. I find their bulk snacks handy, and I really like the ready-to-go soups & sandwiches. I like to scope out new items in the refrigerated cases, too.
One of the best parts of the Co-op is how knowledgeable the staff is. If someone doesn't have an answer, they'll find someone who does. It's a community of people who care about their products.
